The Rocket City Trash Pandas want you to love your gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as game-worn jerseys and clearance merchandise, are considered final sale.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to initiate a return or exchange request.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the merchandise.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
